PRESS RELEASE: Briefing on Prisoners of War now available on-line

IHRC’s latest briefing, ‘Prisoners of War and the Current Gulf War’ is now available on-line. It provides a background to international law and the status of POWs, concerns raised by treatment of POWs in the current conflict, and issues relating to post-war justice.
