Our team of dedicated lawyers and caseworkers will focus on providing employment law advice and support for both employers and employees.

We advise employees with workplace disputes ranging from unfair and wrongful dismissal to harassment and bullying in the workplace. Our team has a particular focus on cases involving racial and/or religious discrimination, however we welcome all types of employment law queries. We can also provide you with independent legal advice on the implications of signing a settlement agreement (formerly known as ‘compromise agreements’).

We also work with small to medium sized businesses and charities seeking to develop their organisation through formalising their contracts of employment and workplace policies, as well as advising on ongoing HR issues including anticipating or defending Employment Tribunal claims.
