Dear Brothers & Sisters

As salaamu alaykum

Final Chance to Volunteer as a Peer-Counsellor for MYH

Thinking about volunteering, but never got round to it? Well, this is just a gentle reminder to let you know that with interviews set to take place at the end of the month, the final deadline for applications for the post of “Helpline Worker” is Friday 11 July 2003.

We’re particularly keen on encouraging applications from male volunteers, sisters who can work evening shifts (6pm-9pm), reverts or new-Muslims as well as representatives from refugee communities who can speak a second language.

We’re also willing to consider applications from young people above the 25 years age limit who feel they can support a young person in need.

If you would like a recruitment pack, or further information on any of our voluntary posts, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Yours,

Secretary
Muslim Youth Helpline
