
IHRC releases new book profiling Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei

IHRC is pleased to announce the launch of new book profiling the life, thought and works of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei.
This timely account of one of the world’s longest serving leaders offers a rare glimpse into the life and achievements of this much maligned and misrepresented individual.
It comes as Ayatollah Khamenei leads his nation’s spirited defence against hostile western powers seeking to increase their dominance and dominion over the Middle East.
Written masterfully by Saied Reza Ameli, head of the UNESCO Chair on Cyberspace and Culture and founder and dean of the Faculty of World Studies at the University of Tehran, the book describes the rise of Ayatollah Khamenei from humble beginnings to scholarly eminence and then a key political activist in the 1979 Islamic revolution.
