Outraged Muslims rally for Palestine in Annual London march

A massive march in protest against Israeli violence and occupation in Palestine is set to take place this Saturday. The Islamic Human Rights Commission (IHRC) is supporting the London rally, organised by a coalition of leading Muslim organisations to demonstrate Muslim outrage at Israeli atrocities against Palestinian children, women and men on Al-Quds Day.

To date, 10,000 Palestinian civilians have been seriously injured under the hail of Israeli rifle fire and anti-tank missiles. 300 Palestinian civilians have been shot dead. An estimated 40% of Palestinians wounded by Israeli occupation forces are under 18.

IHRC is calling on all Muslims to support what is set to be the biggest protest rally against Israeli atrocities this year. IHRC Chairman Massoud Shadjareh said that the purpose of the rally is “to voice our solidarity with occupied Palestine; to raise awareness of the plight of the Palestinian victims of Israeli violence and apartheid.”
