Islamic Human Rights Commission (IHRC) has received various eyewitness statements that well-known Canadian cleric Shaykh Usama Al-Atar [1] was arrested this morning after Fajr (morning) prayers in the Holy City of Madina (approximately 06.30 KSA time).
