The 10 year-old was shot when police attacked the peaceful procession in a bid to stop it proceeding through the state capital

This event has been frequently targeted by racists, whether from the British far-right, The Spectator and Breitbart.com, and Zionist groups amongst others.

The letter references the alleged Finsbury Park attacker who was heard in a pub last Saturday railing against Muslims and the Al Quds Day march

The attacks have been so severe that it is not an understatement to say that they raised the level of anti-Muslim hatred to new levels of toxicity

Counter protestors hurled Islamophobic and racist abuse at the Al-Quds day demonstrators
