Inna Lilla wa inna Ilayhi Rajioun – To God we belong and to God we Return
IHRC is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of great photographer and even greater friend Muhsin Jak Kilby.
Brother Mushin was a unique and inspirational figure in the Muslim world. Incredibly humble, he never sought accolade for his body of work that spanned decades, genres and continents or for his steadfast support of the oppressed.
He was truly a rare and fine man. May Allah swt shower him in endless mercy and blessings. Fateha.
