InshaAllah Ramadan is going well for you and the days ahead do not seem so long! There are several updates from IHRC, unfortunately with particular focus on Palestine.

Just a few reminders. You can still donate toward our Eid Packs for Prisoners – it is a great cause so please take the time to read about it. And if you haven’t already, please take our Hate Crime Survey. It really will not take you long and would help contribute so much toward our research!

GUANTANAMO: ZONE OF NON-BEING

This documentary by Turab Shah looks at the US government’s encroachment of human rights throughout history with a primary focus on The Guantanamo Bay detention camp.

‘ANOTHER DAY’ EXHIBITION

The exhibition features the documentation of Sara Russell’s recent trip to Palestine – she travelled there as part of a delegation last year.

The exhibition runs until 30 September 2014 and entry is free. IHRC Bookshop and Gallery is open Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm and on Saturdays from 10am – 6pm. Make sure you stop by!
