Islamic Human Rights Commission (IHRC) has received reports of armed riot police moving towards Mu’allim Ibrahim Al-Zakzaky’s house in Zaria, Kaduna State, northern Nigeria.
Further to today’s attack by police on the pro-Palestine demonstration Al-Quds Day in Zaria, more mobile police units have been moved into Zaria, Kaduna State, northern Nigeria.
Reports have been received by IHRC that mobile police units in Zaria have fired on the annual Al-Quds Day march in Zaria, Kaduna State, Northern Nigeria.
“It is true that government is planning to attack us. That is why they sent seven vans full of mobile police to my area of residence, Gyellesu.They are planning to bomb my house in the event that I resist arrest.”
