Come along and join Aisha Mohammad for an exciting and interactive reading of her book ‘Safiyyah’s Jariya Jar’, plus poetry and word games!

The concept of charity in Islam is given great importance. Voluntary charity is known as Sadaqah, it is a simple and active way to give to charity for many Muslims which becomes part of their daily routine. This story will help introduce these concepts and learn the values of sadaqah jariya to young children, so they can understand why this is important and how it can also be a great deal of fun!

WHEN: Monday, 15 February from 1 – 2.30pm
